This website provides information and links to external appointment booking. It has no contact form. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept analytics. You can reject analytics and continue using the website.
What this website collects
The website does not ask you to submit personal or medical information. If you accept analytics, Google receives information about page visits, browser and device use, and clicks on the booking and clinic telephone links. Analytics cookies distinguish visits. Website hosting also processes technical information needed to deliver pages; hosting logs and their retention are separate from this analytics choice.
Booking a consultation through Assuta
The booking button opens Assuta’s external scheduling system. If you accept analytics, this website measures the click, not whether you complete a booking. Information you enter at Assuta is governed by Assuta’s privacy practices.
The physician referral link opens your email program. Message contents are not collected by this website. Your email provider delivers your message to the practice. Do not send patient-identifying information by ordinary email.
Once you reach Assuta's scheduling system, your use of that system is governed by Assuta's own privacy policy and data practices, not by this policy. This site has no visibility into, and makes no representation about, how Assuta collects, uses, stores, or protects information you provide there. Please review Assuta's privacy policy directly on its platform before booking.
Site analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Approve”. The Google tag is not loaded before consent or on visits where analytics has been rejected. If you withdraw consent after accepting, further analytics measurement is disabled. Advertising consent remains off. The site sends page addresses without query strings or fragments and does not send the referring page address in its analytics setup. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms: Google Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. You can use “Privacy settings” in the footer at any time to reject analytics and remove this site’s analytics cookies. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not erase information already received by Google. Analytics data retention is controlled separately in Google Analytics.
